Tablafina is the new gastronomic space located in the NH Nacional. A concept where you can sample a menu based on quality products with protected designation of origin. There is a seating area with tables, a bar, and a cheese and wine display counter.
It is based on the fundamental pillars of quality Spanish tapas: cured meats, preserves and cheeses, as well as classic tapas, small dishes made in our kitchen.
A menu that connects with nature and with local produce. An exclusive selection of seasonal produce with protected designation of origin to make this bar a gastronomic hotspot. Local natural products, selected by Abel Valverde, Maître D’ at the Santceloni restaurant. The wine list, with an extensive range of offerings, has been created under the guidance of the Sommelier from Santceloni, David Robledo.
Quality cheeses, cured meats and preserves are served at this new space that opens out onto the Paseo del Prado. A place where you can enjoy good wine with quality tapas based on classic Madrid dishes, such as patatas bravas (fried potatoes served with a spicy tomato sauce) or callos (tripe stew).
Tablafina serves a selection of Iberian ham, preserves, and cheese chosen by Abel Valverde, cured meats, soups and fried dishes, as well as a variety of large tapas and small sharing dishes, and a range of sweet treats.
Located on the ground floor, Tablafina provides a comfortable, informal setting where you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.
It is a space where the spotlight is firmly placed on quality products. On the one hand, it has a display of cured meats and a slicing counter. On the other hand, there is also a display case for the different cheeses available with its own cutting counter. In another area, in its own display case, there is a selection of bottles of wine offered by Tablafina, together with an area where wine is served by the glass.
